Data Deletion Request
Effective date: 15 June 2026
You have the right to request deletion of your ManifestReelAI account and all associated personal data. Deletion requests are processed manually by our team. Here is how it works:
How to Request Deletion

Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
Include:
- The email address associated with your account.
- Confirmation that you are the account owner (we may request additional verification).
We process every request manually. We aim to confirm receipt within 72 hours, and all personal data is erased within 30 days of your request, except the billing records we are legally required to retain (see below).
What Gets Deleted
- ✓ Account profile (name, email, password hash)
- ✓ All generated reels and project files
- ✓ Uploaded brand assets and voice samples
- ✓ OAuth tokens for connected social accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
- ✓ Stored YouTube API data (video IDs, video URLs, privacy statuses, and channel metadata we received from the YouTube API)
- ✓ Usage history and analytics linked to your account
- ✓ Cloned voices stored on your behalf
What We Are Required to Retain
For legal and accounting reasons, we retain the following for a limited period as required by law:
- Billing records: 10 years (tax law requirement).
- Records of contractual disputes: as required by applicable statute.
These records are stored securely, accessed only when legally necessary, and deleted after the legal retention period ends.
Connected Social Platforms
When we process your deletion request, we delete the OAuth tokens stored for your connected platforms. You can also disconnect any platform yourself at any time in Settings → Connected Accounts, which deletes its stored tokens instantly. Content you previously published to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook remains on those platforms — you must delete it from each platform directly.
